About
I grew up in Aotearoa (New Zealand) in a beach town with my mum, sister and grandparents. After years dedicated to sport and found yoga as a place where movement wasn't about how fast or strong you could be but rather the exploration and connection of self/Self. The winds eventually led me to Creature Yoga in the Bundjalung country (Byron Bay, Australia), where I would do the majority of my trainings and teaching to date.

I have been fortunate enough to practice and study Yoga under incredible teachers and mentors Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Rose Baudine, Gwyn Williams, Brooke Ellington and Almuth Krammer.
But it is the stories of my ancestors, the sun, the stars, soils and salt waters of the south pacific that stain my skin and run through my veins. Modalities of movement, touch, deep listening and healing have been silently gifted to me and my people for generations. My work, my offerings started as a way to connect to them, my tupuna (ancestors) & my wairua (spirit) .
